At Emporium for Gifts, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. Please read our refund policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.​

Refund Policy

  • We accept returns and offer refunds within 7 days of the original purchase date.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [support@Emporium.Gifts] or call us at [+971 56 328 7772] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14-45 days or more.

    Exceptions to Refund Policy:

  • Used or opened bottles of perfume are not eligible for a refund.

  • We do not accept returns for products that have been damaged or altered after being received by the customer more than 7 days.

    Lost or Damaged Shipments:

  • If your order is lost in transit or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at [support@Emporium.Gifts] or [+971 56 328 7772].

  • For lost shipments, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If the package cannot be located, we will issue you a full refund or offer to resend the order, whichever you prefer.

  • For damaged shipments, please provide photographic evidence of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

    Customs and International Orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred for international orders.

  • In the event that an international order is seized or confiscated by customs in the destination country, we will issue a full refund upon receipt of the returned package.
